God is doing a new thing today! Women everywhere are discovering their true identity and embracing the divine call upon their life. As God is releasing women into new areas of responsibility and leadership, we at Sturbridge Worship Center welcome this fresh outpouring of God. Whether in the family, marketplace, local church or abroad, godly women are vital to the life flow of the Kingdom of God and to the fulfillment of God’s plan in the earth today.

The Women’s Ministry of Sturbridge Worship Center offers a variety of opportunities for all ages. The ministry promotes the ideals from their foundational saying, “I AM”…Identify, Apply, and Mature. We believe that all women need to find their identity in Christ, discover their God-given gifts and talents, and apply them in building the Kingdom of God.

At SWC , we realize the importance of spiritual growth coupled with meaningful relationships within our body. We offer time of fellowship and inspiration through Bible studies, special luncheons, and an occasional movie night. On a spiritual note, Women’s Ministries has sponsored prophetic prayer drives as well as prayer rallies for the local church and nation. We have touched our local community through a variety of service projects and outreach to a senior citizens complex. SWC Women’s Ministry provides retreat opportunities for focused times with God and one day seminars of women’s interest.

The highlight of our year is our Christmas Tea held the first weekend in December. Women from around the region look forward to this special tea as we gather to celebrate the Christmas season and the true meaning of Christmas. With Christ as our focus, this outreach draws women from all walks of life as they come and experience the joy and reverence of our Savior’s birth.
