The G20 Vision

WHAT IS THE G20 (Group of 20)

In the summer of 2022 the Lord spoke to Pastor Graham Jones about raising a group called the “G20″ (Group of 20). Our vision is to raise a group of 20 people with the heart expressed by John Wesley (see the quote above), who can be the Joshuas and Calebs who will usher the church into a new level of growth, blessing, mission and encounter with God in the following areas:

– See the average weekly attendance of Sturbridge Worship Center grow to 200 people.
– See a new level of God’s manifest presence, and glory in our gatherings.
– See our church community grow in maturity, fellowship and love.
– Develop a plan to move into a new phase as a mission base including:

– Ongoing program to plant new church fellowships in the New England region
– To serve as a center of resource, teaching, training and equipping for the Kingdom of God in our region.
– To financially support missionaries in our region and overseas.
– To raise up a ministry training center to train and equip the leaders of the future.
– Conduct regional conferences
– Raise an ongoing international mission team to help support and plant sustainable expression of the kingdom of God in other nations.

HOW WILL THIS GROUP FUNCTION?

Pastor Graham will hold a monthly connect time (first Sunday of each month)

This group will also be connected though a group chat where each day the members can pray, proclaim and encourage each other in this mission.

COMMITMENTS NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GROUP

To join this group we ask that each person makes a serious commitment in the following five areas:

– To be a sold-out, radical follower of Jesus Christ.  To have a life-long commitment to God’s Kingdom and walking that out in purity and passion for him. 

– Join the group in daily prayer and proclamation over our church community. 

– As part of the group embrace a lifestyle of regularly inviting people who need Jesus to church. 

– Commit to supporting our church though tithes and offerings

– Join our team who serve and love each Sunday
